Anyone who wants to reach their target group must know how they think, how they inform themselves and what interests them. Anyone who does not take the time to learn this information will not be able to convey their message to the target – it will end up in the waste basket. In the loop means looking through the eyes of the target group. This is the guiding philosophy of our work – in all strategies and with all measures, whether in corporate publishing, media work, events or customer communication.
